About the Project

Desk & Design worked in helping to redevelop this iconic building, originally a centrepiece of the textile industry in the early 1900s.

Work involved space planning new office space for businesses across 90,00sq. ft over 5 floors. We also worked in sourcing and fitting out bespoke fixtures required by tenants, offering advice on interior design throughout. As a result we helped to secure new tenants as the building was given a complete overhaul and modernisation through its redevelopment and redesign.

We were also given the opportunity to designs to create a new entrance and update all common areas within  the building.
